This clutch will spice up any outfit, with its eye-catching tiger printed hide and latigo lace wrap. We design, hand cut, hand stitch and assemble each of our leather items in our log cabin in Franklin, Tennessee. Each item will be shipped in an adorable handmade dust bag that has a drawstring closure to keep your fine leather good safe and sound when you're not using it.

Some Facts About Pigskin:
Although pigskin leather goods seem to be popping up everywhere lately, this leather is a relatively new option for leathercrafters. Recent technological advances in leather skinning now make pigskin available for chrome tanning. Pigskin is a great material for leather goods because it's tough, flexible, supple and light. What's more - pigskin has the highest tensile rating of all leather (second only to kangaroo). This means your clutch will not only be beautiful, but extremely durable too.
Caring for your C&P pigskin clutch - Like all leather goods, always test the cleaning product you choose in a small, discrete area to ensure the product is appropriate for your item. There should be no discoloration or other negative impact visible on the test spot. Gently apply the cleaner in even strokes with a soft, clean cloth. Do not excessively rub any one area because this could darken the leather or cause an uneven surface appearance. A second cleaning, moving in the opposite direction, is recommended. Repeat, if needed. After cleaning, use a dry, clean cloth to remove any excess cleaning product and allow the item to dry in a cool spot inside, away from sunlight or direct heat.
Conditioning your C&P pigskin clutch - After cleaning, apply a leather conditioner to restore oils and minerals that may have been lost during cleaning. Failure to condition your item after cleaning could result in the leather drying out and possibly cracking over time. Like the cleaning product, be sure to test the conditioning product you choose in a small, hidden area to ensure it is the right product for your leather. Applying the conditioner in a similar process as cleaning: start in one direction and apply a second coat in the opposite direction. When not in use, keep your pigskin clutch in the dust bag provided with your C&P purchase.
